HOW IT WORKS
A quick and easy experience for you and your customers.
1. Register online
Register via an online form in a few minutes. Any information you provide to Intellihub will be auto-populated, saving you time when lodging a meter request. Once registered you will receive a welcome email with your registration number and login details to access your private portal - your one stop shop for solar ready metering.
Process time - Approx 3 - 5 minutes
3. Lodge request
Once your customer accepts the quote for solar installation, you will log in to the customer portal and submit a meter request. This will include information related to the solar system details and customer information. Intellihub will take care of the rest and keep you updated along the way.
Process time (approx 10-15 minutes)
2. Complete quick and easy training
The portal will provide an intuitive user experience with minimal onboarding or training required. There will be videos and tutorials via the portal to demonstrate its features and Intellihub's Meter Before Solar service. The portal will provide full visibility of the meter installation process and you will be sent real time notifications when each stage has been completed, allowing you to have more control over the solar installation and maintain a great customer experience. You can also contact Intellihub directly through our Customer Support function if you need any assistance at any time.
Training and onboarding will take less than 30 minutes
4. Meter coordinated & exchanged
Once Intellihub receive the meter service order, within 24 hours we will complete the retailer application on behalf of the customer. Intellihub will organise a qualified technician to install the meter before the solar installation.
If there are any unforeseen works to be carried out as part of the meter installation, Intellihub can help coordinate this through our ASP network.
Process time - 5-10 business days
5. Meter Reconfigured
Intellihub will submit the application to the retailer to raise the reconfiguration for the meter. Intellihub will perform a remote reconfiguration where possible or arrange a site visit if needed, ensuring the meter is ready so households can start receiving benefits immediately, keeping your customers happy and saving you time and money from additional site visits.
